Senior Environmental Engineer

Principle Responsibilities

• Oversight of refinery air permitting and compliance, emissions monitoring (CEMS), and emissions source testing (stack testing and RATA testing) programs
• Refinery MACT compliance and reporting
• Other environmental report development/implementation

Required Skills, Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Engineering or Science, preferably in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of ten years of relevant environmental, refining, petrochemical or chemical industry experience
• Experience with air regulations, including PSD/NSR, CAA, NESHAP, MACT, and developing EJ regulations
• Familiarity with New Jersey Environmental Codes and permitting

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data handling tools, data historian, process variable, and calculations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret process data, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Proficiency with basic computerized office systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel

• Salary range: $106,787.51 - $176,060.47
