About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep clients informed and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and other industry partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental impact assessments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
