About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Environmental Associate/Scientist for our Environmental and Earth Sciences Practice in Burlington, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting engineering and technical analyses
  • Preparing clear written communications and reports
  • Serving as a key member of multidisciplinary project teams
  • Supporting clients with a wide range of water-related challenges

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial water treatment, consulting, operations, management, and/or litigation support
  • Relevant experience in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, including water/wastewater treatment process design, process optimization, food and beverage production, or consumer and/or small-scale devices development
  • Experience with water quality regulation (e.g., Safe Drinking Water Act) and permitting
  • Experience in using field equipment for the collection of surface water and groundwater, soil, and sediment samples
  • Ability to evaluate multiple analytical techniques for the assessment of environmental conditions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to personal and company marketing

Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
