About the role

The Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships within major enterprise clients. This includes understanding client needs, providing strategic advice, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions to enhance client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in enterprise sales or relationship management
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
