Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy interactive dashboards and analytical reports to proactively track and monitor quality metrics, providing the visibility needed for teams to meet performance standards
• Decode and analyze complex performance datasets to pinpoint the exact levers that optimize patient service levels and accelerate clinical trial delivery
• Lead both high-frequency reporting and deep-dive ad hoc analytics to keep business initiatives on track and aligned with organizational goals
• Partner with departmental leaders across the entire value chain to gather necessary information, ensuring accurate tracking performance with the goal of cross-functional improvements
• Architect key indicators across departments, leading team efforts to produce data that sheds light on execution performance, strengths, and hidden opportunities
• Serve as a business consultant to the operations team and a technical point of contact for strategic customers when required
• Act as a force multiplier by mentoring junior analysts and championing data literacy through systems training across the organization

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI is essential for pulling together disparate data sets
• A conceptual thinker who thrives in ambiguity; you can translate vague business problems into structured analytical projects and pivot as priorities change
• A deep-seated curiosity to uncover the "why" behind the numbers, with the ability to create and support a narrative based on quantitative findings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to site-level staff and organizational leaders alike
• A highly organized individual with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, enterprise performance, or a similar strategic role
• Experience in healthcare or clinical trials is highly preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is required

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.

Schedule

This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
