Senior Enterprise Implementation Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. In this role, you will partner with large enterprise customers to lead complex technology implementations that drive measurable business outcomes. You will own launch planning, adoption, and ongoing account health while helping customers realize value from the company’s connected technology platform. This position also requires close collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver an excellent implementation experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,406 – $153,409 annually Responsibilities Ensure customers improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability using the company’s IoT platform. Manage technology deployments for large-scale customers to accelerate return on investment. Develop launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage. Monitor implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health. Conduct training sessions and navigate challenges with users and executives. Handle multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer experiences. Mentor other Customer Success and Support teams. Qualifications 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS. High emotional intelligence and strong priority management. Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations. Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution. Benefits Flexible, employee-led remote work model.
