Senior Enterprise Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to grow with our company. In this position, you will play a major role in providing lead technical services to analyze, design, and deliver clinical and business solutions. You will lend expertise to answer technical consulting questions, individually or as part of a project team, and serve as a senior subject matter expert for enterprise applications planning. You will prepare and participate in "deep dive" technical evaluation meetings to understand data and communications flow within an Integrated Delivery System.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications.
• Discover and understand the customer’s business model, drivers, goals, pain-points, constraints, and priorities, then formulate recommendations.
• Create a business case when there is ambiguity in customer requirements.
• Exhibit awareness of industry trends and standards.
• Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology to capture key enterprise views and translate business needs into requirements.
• Develop architecture specifications, models, and roadmaps based on business and technical requirements to deliver complete solutions, including technologies, processes, and people.
• Research, review, analyze, and recommend new and emerging technological and business development trends to meet business requirements.
• Connect business strategy and technology to emerging business and information systems capabilities.
• Lead systems design and analysis.
• Analyze system problems and modifications.
• Participate in committees as an Information Systems representative.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (a bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience).
• 13 years of information systems architecture, design, or maintenance experience.
