About the role

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCB”s). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. TTM is seeking a Senior Engineering Tech to build, test, troubleshoot, design, repair and modify developmental electronic components, circuits, systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow current department development processes
• Foster process improvement
• Perform tasks according to budget and schedule
• Uses computer assisted engineering and design hardware/firmware and equipment to perform engineering tasks
• Prepares status reports, as required
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings
• Assembles complex experimental circuitry (breadboard) or complete prototype model
• Read, interpret and execute test procedures and record results
• Sets up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production model with minimal instructions
• Analyzes and interprets test data
• Recommends changes in circuitry based on testing results
• Assist engineers during field testing of deployed systems
• Troubleshoots problems and makes recommendations for solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years Relevant Experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance when necessary for work on a project that requires such a clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Pay

Compensation range: $69,483 - $115,804 (estimate not adjusted for geographic differential). Additional compensation: annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on assigned shift and location. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, certifications,
