Senior Engineering Project Manager

About the role
We are seeking an engineer with experience in planning, designing, constructing, and operating wastewater and water systems. This role involves close collaboration with clients and the Donohue project team throughout the planning, design, construction, and operation phases.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to develop plans and designs for water and wastewater systems, including pumping, process and mechanical piping, and related valves and equipment.
- Manage project teams, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality control standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project team members to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Participate in professional associations as a plus.
Requirements
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or a related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active involvement in professional associations is preferred but not required.
