Senior Engineering Manager, Video Enablement

Lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead team in designing, building, and supporting core video capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on video streaming roadmap execution
• Continuously improve live and VOD streaming experiences using analytics
• Hire and develop a team of engineers while nurturing a strong team culture
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, offering guidance and mentoring to engineers

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in video and audio streaming technologies
• Strong leader with a collaborative approach and proven mentoring skills
• Solid understanding of software engineering and cloud architecture, particularly in AWS environments
• Strategic thinker contributing to long-term engineering vision
• Familiarity with coding languages used in video tech such as Go, Rust, and C#

Pay

$209,000 – $235,000 annually
