Senior Video Engineer
About the role
This position will strengthen the reliability and quality of enterprise broadcast and video productions that support executive communications, workforce engagement, and corporate storytelling. This individual contributor will apply advanced video engineering expertise to ensure production readiness, operational continuity, and exceptional audience experiences across live and recorded events. The person in this role will resolve complex technical issues, optimize broadcast and production environments, and reduce operational risk for high-visibility programs. This position will enable scalable, dependable broadcast operations and production delivery that support critical business communications across the enterprise.
This role follows a hybrid work schedule and is based at 550 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Engineer reliable production workflows that improve quality, scalability, and operational continuity
- Maintain production systems to ensure readiness for live and recorded enterprise broadcasts
- Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize disruption and protect audience experience
- Optimize broadcast and production environments to improve reliability and audience experience
- Support high-visibility productions with expert technical execution and risk mitigation
- Implement engineering improvements that increase broadcast reliability and scalability
- Validate production readiness through testing, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Document workflows and standards to improve operational consistency and supportability
- Sustain broadcast operations that support executive communications and enterprise events
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Media Production, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Qualifications
- Experience engineering enterprise broadcast and video production workflows
- Experience supporting executive broadcasts and high-visibility live events
- Experience maintaining broadcast facilities, studios, or control room operations
- Experience optimizing production systems for reliability and operational continuity
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues during live enterprise productions
- Experience implementing engineering enhancements that improve scalability and resilience
