Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Proven success in leading high-performing engineering teams
- Experience with workflow automation and event-driven architectures
- Ability to partner with Product and ML teams to scale deployments effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
