Senior Engineering Manager – Oracle Health AI & Reimbursement Platform

This role is ideal for a leader who has successfully built and scaled cloud-native software services, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and thrives at the intersection of product innovation, engineering excellence, and operational ownership. As a key member of the organization, you'll partner closely with Product Management, AI Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to evolve the reimbursement product roadmap while delivering highly scalable, reliable, and intelligent healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed engineering team responsible for both product development and production support.
• Drive the evolution of the reimbursement product roadmap, influencing future functionality, platform modernization, and customer value.
• Partner closely with AI Agent and Data Science teams to develop intelligent automation, agentic workflows, conversational AI capabilities, and next-generation reimbursement solutions.
• Help modernize healthcare operations through cloud-native architectures and AI-powered innovation.
• Ownt engineering accountability across the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development through operational support and customer success.
• Build and scale highly available cloud services that support healthcare organizations around the globe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Proven success building and scaling cloud-native software products and services.
• Deep experience with cloud technologies, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architectures.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex software products from concept through production.
• Experience partnering with Product Management to define product strategy, roadmaps, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Strong operational leadership experience managing both software development and production support functions.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms and driving cloud transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, conversational AI, agentic workflows, or related technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology environments, particularly in areas like Electronic Health Records (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management, Reimbursement Platforms, Healthcare Financial Systems, Provider or Payer Technology Solutions, Clinical or Operational Healthcare Applications.

Pay

Hiring Range in USD: $118,300 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
