Senior Engineering Manager - Controls

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Energy Storage Controls engineering team, setting direction and developing talent
• Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept to commissioning
• Collaborate with different engineering teams to co-develop technology roadmaps
• Own and streamline controls, HMI, and SCADA engineering processes within the Energy Storage COE
• Define efficient Verification and Validation (V&V) methods for first-piece qualification and field validation
• Represent the company at industry events and partner with technology organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required
• Significant experience in control systems engineering preferred, especially in energy storage or renewable energy
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery and people development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Pay

$131,700 – $219,300 annually
