Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Platform & Growth

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Platform & Growth to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will guide a pair of engineering teams focused on the self-serve experience and platform capabilities that drive customer adoption and product growth. The role blends people leadership, technical judgment, and cross-functional partnership to shape how users integrate with the company's platform. You will work closely with product and design to prioritize the roadmap, make key architectural decisions, and ensure the teams deliver meaningful business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop two engineering teams focused on UX and platform capabilities. Own and manage the roadmap for the self-serve user journey. Drive the API-driven experience for agent integration with the company's platform. Collaborate with product and design partners to align on priorities. Recruit and develop engineers to grow the teams effectively. Make strategic architectural and product decisions. Implement performance management and career development practices for the teams. Qualifications Strong people leadership skills are essential for this role. Hands-on experience with code review and prototyping is required. Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with a growth mindset is necessary. Proven track record in building and scaling engineering teams is important. Experience managing senior engineers and performance management is required. Ability to collaborate closely with product and design teams without assuming their roles is essential. Strong product instincts and the ability to connect engineering work to business growth and outcomes are needed.
