Senior Engineering Manager, Activation & Engagement

Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shopper Activation & Engagement team with a focus on operational excellence
• Drive roadmap planning and execution across diverse workstreams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Develop and mentor a team of 10-12 engineers to foster a strong team culture
• Set the technical direction and enhance engineering practices for reliability

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineers
• Proficient in mobile applications and backend services
• Strong technical judgment in distributed systems and operational reliability
• Ability to manage multi-quarter roadmaps among competing priorities
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork with various stakeholder roles
• Demonstrated skills in talent retention and development

Pay

$229,000 – $241,500 annually
