About the role
The Senior Engineering Lead - Autonomy role is responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of autonomous systems within the company's projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define system requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous systems into existing products and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to autonomous systems.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on project progress and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on autonomous systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with autonomous vehicle technology and algorithms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies used in autonomous systems development.
- Experience with data analysis and machine learning techniques.
Skills
