About the role

The Senior Engineering Lead - Autonomy role is responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of autonomous systems within the company's projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define system requirements and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on autonomous systems.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle technology and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
