About the role

As a Senior Engineering & Architecture Professional, you'll contribute across a wide range of project sizes and phases—from conceptual design through handover—while serving as a technical expert and mentor to colleagues. You'll spend the majority of your time delivering project work and solving highly complex technical challenges, working independently while ensuring alignment and coordination across disciplines and stakeholders.

You are a technically strong professional who can navigate complex and changing environments with confidence, bringing broad engineering knowledge, practical business understanding, and a passion for continuous improvement. You are comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and finding better ways of working through improved processes, tools, and solutions. As you develop deep insight into our customers’ production processes, you will rethink the solutions we bring to market, pushing the limits of existing technology and conventional thinking to energize and inspire customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex engineering and architecture activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop technical solutions independently and ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Coordinate interfaces and collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Identify scope changes and proactively communicate impacts to project leadership.
• Review and provide quality oversight of technical deliverables.
• Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior engineers and architects.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, and technical sales activities.
• Support the development of standards, best practices, and communities of interest.
• Promote NNE's capabilities and identify opportunities to create value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) degree.
• Significant experience delivering engineering or architectural work in complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of applicable industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical activities.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• A collaborative mindset combined with strong communication and mentoring skills.
• A passion for quality, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
