Senior Engineering Analyst

Role Summary Provides advanced engineering problem-solving to support power plant operations. Applies technical expertise to diagnose, identify, and resolve equipment and system issues, and manages engineering work by performing technical analyses and evaluating root causes. Key Responsibilities Conduct advanced technical analyses to support troubleshooting and problem resolution.Recommend engineering improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and safety.Ensure all work complies with design standards, configuration controls, applicable industry codes, and regulations.Manage engineering tasks, including technical documentation and engineering deliverables.Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers.Support plant outage activities as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Strong engineering fundamentals and advanced problem-solving ability.Technical proficiency in power plant equipment and systems.Ability to perform rigorous engineering analyses and develop actionable recommendations.Knowledge of compliance requirements including codes, regulations, and configuration control practices.Leadership and mentoring skills with effective communication for technical work.
