Senior Engineer, Offensive Security

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-quality AI-driven offensive tools
• Run network, web, and infrastructure penetration tests using custom tooling
• Conduct purple-team exercises to validate security defenses with partners
• Execute red-team operations evaluating the enterprise's AI systems
• Deliver actual software improvements based on real engagement learnings

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Red Team, Penetration Testing, or similar roles delivering engagements end to end
• Proficient in production Python engineering, with experience in building real tools
• Hands-on experience designing or operating AI agents or LLM applications
• Testing experience with AI/ML systems including prompt injection and adversarial techniques
• Proficient with at least one major Cloud Service Provider, like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Pay

$117,600 – $161,700 annually
