Work you'll do
- Provide operational support for Network Security Services across the Deloitte global infrastructure.
- 24x7 device monitoring, operation, and engineering.
- Participate in a rotational on-call coverage schedule
- First responder to monitored alerts, incidents, and issues.
- Monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Network security environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in customer success management, account management, solution sales, or customer-facing roles
- Networking and/or cybersecurity background and experience with Cloud Service providers
- Familiarity with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Infoblox, Bluecat, Cisco ISE technologies a plus
- Experience with SaaS applications, deployments, and migration to cloud services
- DNS, DHCP, and IPAM experience
- Network Access Control experience
- Excellent organizational, consulting, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate technical solutions provided by engineering teams in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Successful experience in managing global enterprise customers
