Job Mission

As a Senior Field Service Engineer at ASM, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced semiconductor capital equipment. You will serve as a technical expert in the field, partnering closely with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment performance, reliability, and uptime. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge semiconductor technology while supporting leading semiconductor manufacturers across domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, and repair activities on complex semiconductor capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related equipment issues in customer manufacturing environments.
• Provide technical support and training to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Interpret and utilize electrical and electro-mechanical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to diagnose equipment issues.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document service activities, maintenance actions, and technical findings accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve equipment performance.
