About the role

Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and bringing new food products to market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product development
• Create and refine product concepts, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Develop detailed product specifications and prepare technical documentation
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely production
• Manage product launches and post-launch support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
• Experience with product development software tools
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
