Senior Engineer - AI Workflows

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools such as Claude, Gemini, and MCP
• Integrate AI systems with core enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite
• Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates for business operations
• Build frameworks for evaluation and monitoring of AI workflow performance and safety
• Act as a technical partner and evangelist to lead high-stakes AI projects from discovery to production
• Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for intelligent automation to guide the organization in AI implementation

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in building and operating applications or automations in production environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions such as agents and copilots leveraging LLMs like Claude or Gemini
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or TypeScript, with comfort in SDKs and webhooks
• Strong systems-thinking with a focus on security, auditability, and controlled deployment
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Capabilties in coaching and enhancing AI fluency in teams through workshops and effective communication

Pay

$180,000 – $210,000 annually
