Senior AI Workflow Engineer

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Partner with security and legal teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Conduct analysis to define business requirements and translate challenges into workflow designs
• Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows integrating internal and third-party systems
• Incorporate AI components like LLMs and retrieval pipelines
• Present workflow solutions to stakeholders and lead training sessions
• Drive AI adoption across the enterprise and contribute to AI operational standards
• Establish telemetry for performance and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with focus on automation pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in STEM; Master's or PhD preferred
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, or agent frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries
• Strong understanding of APIs, orchestration, and integration patterns
