Role Overview

Pickaxe is a no-code platform that enables users to build AI agent-powered businesses. It allows customization with prompts, documents, and knowledge bases, white-labeling for branding, embedding on websites, and monetization through subscriptions, paywalls, and Stripe integration. The platform supports various use cases like coaching, consulting, education, wellness, lead generation, workflow automation, and micro SaaS, with integrations to tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, Airtable, and more.

What You Will Do

• Design and ship production-ready features using a modern full-stack of React, tRPC, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Arcitect complex integrations with platforms like Gmail and Airtable to enable seamless AI agent workflows for non-technical creators.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to make critical technical decisions and establish high engineering standards across the organization.

Who This Is a Fit For

• 4-12 years of full-stack experience, ideally at a premier tech company like Stripe or Airbnb, or as a CTO at a funded startup.
• Deep technical expertise in TypeScript, React, and Python, with a track record of building performant, scalable web applications.
