Senior Employee Relations Specialist

In Human Resources at Main Campus Lee Building Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, Onsite M-F 8a - 4:30p. Summary Responsible for providing support to Leave Management and Employee Relations function of the Human Resources Department. Assists department in carrying out various Human Resources programs for all employees. Other Information Education Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or other related field required Experience Strong knowledge of word and excel required.Two (2) years of experience in human resources, required. Two (2) years of experience administering the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other federal, state, and local leave regulations, preferred. Strong written and oral communications skills required. Licensure None required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution Credentials With Equivalent Qualifications Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Nonessential Bachelors of Science or Arts in Human Resources Management Essential Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 2 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Human Resources Schedule: Onsite M-F 8a - 4:30p, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
