Quest Defense Systems and Solutions (QDSS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering and a proven track record of leading complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of engineering solutions for mission-critical projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and project records.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
