Senior Embedded Software Engineer

About the role

Responsible for managing the strategic test integration of complex systems and programs. Oversee the development and implementation of test plans to ensure successful system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies to validate system functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test cases
• Monitor test results and report findings to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or similar role
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of industry-standard test automation frameworks

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
