Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple complex electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project strategies and plans, including risk mitigation proposals and project schedules.
- Review and monitor project costs, ensuring the most efficient use of resources and identifying potential cost savings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Conduct project estimation and purchasing activities, ensuring the procurement of necessary materials and services.
- Oversee all aspects of design-build processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical construction projects.
- Handle any project-related issues, making strategic decisions to resolve problems and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing ground-up, industrial, and data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of design-build processes and electrical systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams.
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Strong budgeting and cost control skills, with the ability to manage project finances effectively.
- Experience in project estimation and purchasing.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities, with the ability to foresee potential issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

$170,000 - $200,000 per year
