Senior Electrical Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Electrical Project Manager supports data center projects at LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group.

Responsibilities

• Makes sure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manages all team members and keeps everyone on track.
• Works closely with the client, their tenants, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Ensures all paperwork and administrative tasks are done correctly and on time.
• Reports on project progress, finances, and schedules regularly.
• Organizes and leads weekly meetings with key stakeholders.
• Shares important information with the team and ensures they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Reviews bids, selects contractors, and approves invoices.
• Ensures all project documents are ready for closing and final payments.
• Builds good relationships with clients, architects, and other project team members.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in the electrical field.
• Heavy electrical background is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, decision-making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and architects.
