Senior Electrical Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Electrical Project Manager supports data center projects at LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group.

Responsibilities

• Makes sure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Works closely with the project owner, tenants, and professionals involved in the project.
• Ensures all paperwork and administrative tasks are done correctly and on time.
• Reviews and approves subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Notifies subcontractors of bid approvals and awards jobs to them.
• Manages staff assigned to the project.
• Conducts final reviews of construction projects.
• Prepares and submits change orders and invoices for approval.
• Ensures final payments are received and subcontractor invoices are paid.
• Builds and maintains good relationships with clients, architects, and other project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Heavy electrical background preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Experience coming from the sub-contractor world is acceptable.
