Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, and profitability.
• Direct project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, vendors, and design teams to support successful project execution and future business opportunities.
• Cook up project schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractor performance to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, contract requirements, quality expectations, and all applicable codes and regulations.

Electrical Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience with demonstrated success managing large commercial, institutional, or light industrial projects.
• Proven experience leading electrical projects valued up to $75M in scope and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team development skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
