Senior Electrical Project Engineer

About the role

As an Electrical Senior Project Engineer in our San Diego office, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve energy-efficient building solutions, construct facilities that save lives, and drive a greener future.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners
• Be responsible for the overall design process on assigned projects within a particular discipline
• Develop innovative and unique design solutions to align with project, client and project partner needs
• Lead the team in implementing solutions

Requirements

• BSEE/BSAE (or another engineering discipline) from an ABET accredited program
• 15+ years of experience designing power distribution and lighting building systems in technically sophisticated facilities
• Professional engineering registration required
• Healthcare, Biotech, E&U and Mission Critical project experience
• Knowledge of California Healthcare codes and HCAI/OSHPD, including both the design and construction administration phases of the project
• Knowledge and design of Emergency Power systems required
• Experience leading and managing multi-discipline MEPT+ projects
• Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred

Pay

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $140,000 to $190,000
