What You’ll Do
- Lead preconstruction and estimating strategy for commercial electrical and general construction projects.
- Evaluate and select bid opportunities alongside leadership.
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with project management to ensure successful project handoff

What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years in electrical estimating (commercial preferred).
- Experience in preconstruction and bid strategy.
- Familiarity with tools like Accubid and On-Screen Takeoff (preferred, not required).
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
- Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in general construction estimating.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
