Duties And Responsibilities
- Detail knowledge and experience in the electrical discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Understand and apply discipline codes, standards, and legislation
- Complete field investigations of electrical installations
- Support local construction activities and respond to technical Requests for Information (RFI) in a timely manner
- Power system design for municipal and industrial loads
- Lighting design proficiency in industrial settings
- Use CAD tools (SKM, AGI32, and MicroStation)
- Work independently and as part of a team, showing resilience, emotional composure, and self-management
- Lead discipline teams, including engineers and technicians
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating commitment to achieving group objectives
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent, plus applicable registrations
- Minimum 10+ years’ relevant industry experience preferred
- Professional Engineering license in Florida
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Experience within the Water and Wastewater Market (preferred)

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
