About the role

The Senior Electrical Engineer, P.E. (Transportation/Transit - Lighting & Facility Power) is responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for transportation and transit projects, including lighting and facility power.

Responsibilities

• Designing electrical systems for transportation and transit projects
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Collaborating with project teams to develop and implement solutions
• Performing calculations and simulations to optimize system performance
• Preparing detailed engineering drawings and specifications

Requirements

• Professional Engineering (PE) license in Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Experience with transportation and transit projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and technical abilities

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
