Senior Electrical Engineer - Healthcare

About the role

This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office. The Senior Electrical Engineer will supervise staff’s day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in both technical knowledge and career development. You may also be responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff’s day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development
• Lead projects from concept to completion of construction
• Interface with clients to deliver technical excellence
• Manage project teams and schedules to achieve successful project outcomes
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines in-house

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 15+ years of experience in an A/E environment
• Demonstrated success in managing projects
• Engineering expertise in the field and knowledge of parallel fields
