About the role
The Senior Electrical Engineer leads the department, supervises staff’s day-to-day responsibilities, and mentors them in technical knowledge and career growth. You will oversee projects from concept through construction, coordinating with multiple in-house disciplines, interfacing with clients, ensuring technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule for successful outcomes. TLC provides training at all levels.
Responsibilities

- Manage projects of all sizes and types from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery.
- Interface with clients to ensure technical excellence and project success.
- Oversee project teams and schedules to meet deadlines and goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of experience in an Architecture/Engineering (A/E) environment.
- Proven success in managing projects and teams.
- Expertise in the electrical engineering field and knowledge of related disciplines.
