Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design for municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater collection, distribution, and treatment facility projects.
- Partner in business development and client management efforts, serving in a client-facing role with direct engagement and relationship-building responsibilities.
- Foster a strong team environment, supporting collaboration, mentorship, and connection within the electrical team and broader Water Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Professional Engineer (PE) license, and 10+ years of consulting experience.
- Industrial power experience, including 480V power distribution, motor control (including VFDs), standby generators, National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance, and classified spaces and lighting.
- Technical expertise in PLCs, SCADA systems, industrial control networks, wired/wireless telemetry, relay control logic, and process instrumentation.
- Experience serving municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater clients.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Pay
Salary Range: $150,000 - $195,000 USD
Career progression and performance-based bonuses are also available.
