Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for our Easthampton, MA location. This role follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday per week.

Responsibilities

• Leading electrical design efforts from concept through validation
• Responsibility for schematic development, hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
• Reading and creating schematics and driving technical decisions
• Leading projects through execution
• Collaborating across engineering disciplines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineering
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics
• Experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with standard lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, logic analyzers, and signal generators
• Experience creating and maintaining engineering documentation including test procedures, reports, and design documentation
• Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
• Experience supporting design reviews and mentoring engineers preferred

Qualifications

• Authorized working in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
• Preferred qualifications: Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design and test systems, experience with electromechanical system interfaces or aerospace/defense applications, familiarity with PCB design review and layout collaboration, experience in regulated or high-reliability engineering environments

Pay

The starting salary for this role is $93,000 - $132,800 annually commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
