Senior Electrical Engineer
About the role
Join our team and work on the world’s most advanced electronics—from detecting threats for F-35 pilots to illuminating the night for soldiers. This role supports the continued production and sustainment of complex digital, analog, and microwave circuit card assemblies and subsystems, working closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced military platforms.
You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure on-time delivery of quality products to support the warfighter, while growing your skills under subject matter experts. Responsibilities
- Assess design updates to existing circuit card assemblies
- Conduct circuit analyses to evaluate performance impacts
- Mentor technicians and work with hardware suppliers
- Support product yield and affordability improvements
- Debug complex circuits
- Support transition to production of new products
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines
Requirements
- Able to research and apply electrical engineering principles to solve problems
- Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
- Ability to complete discrete tasks in a timely manner and lead others to closure
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Active or previously held Secret Clearance (highly preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance (highly preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience gathering and analyzing test data to assess trends and develop yield improvement plans
- CAD-based schematic capture and simulation
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $97,008 – $164,914. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
