Responsibilities

  • Serve as MEP Project Leader for multi-discipline engineers and designers
  • Manage complex MEP projects across industries such as Commercial, Medical, Biotech, Education, and Transportation
  • Design innovative and complex electrical systems
  • Meet and consult with clients
  • Provide guidance to design staff
  • Support overall project management for MEP team leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
  • 10+ years of experience in MEP design/consulting
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • Project management experience in the MEP space
  • Healthcare building design and HCAI compliance experience
  • High-energy client services skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Complete understanding of building codes
  • Thorough design system knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineering License (PE)
  • PMP Certification
  • LEED Accreditation
  • Experience with CAD and REVIT
