Job Summary
The Senior EHR Project Manager, Acute Facility Deployments independently manages multiple projects involving OracleHealth EHR, information systems, and database management. This role requires experience with multi-facility design, planning, execution, and oversight of complex initiatives. The Senior EHR Project Manager, Acute Facility Deployments will be responsible for the technical aspects of project management and will coordinate with departmental and cross-functional teams to deliver expert-level customer support. They must possess comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the EHR system, deployments, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is confident in leading projects, managing vendor resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong communication skills and adherence to corporate and departmental policies are essential.
Essential Functions
- Ensures projects are executed with precision by applying strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to drive tasks, deliverables, and milestones to completion.
- Develops and maintains project management tools and documentation to ensure comprehensive planning, execution, and tracking of all project activities, from business requirements through project completion.
- Manages large-scale or mission-critical projects with complex scope and high visibility.
- Leads stakeholder engagement, executive updates, and vendor relationships.
