The EHR Implementation Project Manager supports the establishment and operationalization of healthcare technology implementation programs, initially in commercial settings and later in federal healthcare modernization efforts. The role is central to building scalable frameworks and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure successful rollouts of advanced healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment and operation of healthcare technology implementation programs, including AI-enabled solutions in commercial healthcare environments
• Develop scalable project structures, implementation plans, rollout frameworks, governance models, and operational roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, product, consulting, engineering, and operational teams to align efforts and execute plans
• Monitor strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines across various workstreams
• Assist with planning and execution for healthcare modernization initiatives such as Oracle Health Millennium and EHR implementations
• Develop methodologies and operational models adaptable for federal healthcare and VA-focused environments
• Manage executive-level reporting, portfolio visibility, action tracking, and governance activities
• Identify operational gaps, implementation risks, and opportunities for process improvements to establish best practices
• Facilitate communication and coordination among leadership, implementation stakeholders, and customer-facing teams
• Operate effectively in dynamic and evolving environments requiring adaptability and disciplined execution
• Support strategic healthcare modernization efforts involving AI-enabled technologies and enterprise-scale implementations

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in program delivery and operational leadership
• Experience building programs, processes, and implementation structures from inception
• Ability to manage ambiguity and create scalable operational frameworks
• Skilled at partnering across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare technology implementation, preferably including EHR systems
