We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. Let's parse the posting: - Intro paragraph about Dow values etc. Could be considered "About the role"? Actually there is a section "About You And This Role". That includes description of role location, responsibilities overview. So we can put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: there is a list of duties. Use
  • . - Required Qualifications: list of qualifications. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Probably separate sections: Requirements (maybe required qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred). But we can combine? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have sections for each if content exists. We have Required Qualifications (minimum HS diploma, 3 years experience, willingness on-call, proficiency in MS apps, ability to work legally in US). That's specific content. So we can put under

    Requirements

. Preferred Qualifications: associate degree or military training, prior manufacturing experience, prior IH experience. That's also qualifications. Could go under

    Qualifications

(preferred). Or we could combine but better separate. Physical Requirements: list of physical demands. Could be under Requirements? But we already used Requirements for qualifications. Could create a separate section maybe "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements not listed; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications? But it's substantive. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive. So we could add other headings if needed? It says use those as examples; but we should probably stick to those headings. However Physical Requirements is important; maybe we can include under Requirements as a subsection? But we must not invent headings not listed? The instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can add Physical Requirements heading if we want. But to be safe, maybe we incorporate physical requirements into Requirements section as a list. Skills: there is a list of skills. So

    Skills

    with
. Benefits: there is a Benefits – What Dow Offers You section with details. So

      Benefits

      with
        or

. The content includes multiple bullet-like sentences. We'll make

        • for each benefit. Pay and Schedule: not mentioned specifically. No pay or schedule details. So we should NOT include those sections. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those paragraphs at the end. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:
