Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the eDiscovery process, ensuring compliance with legal standards and security regulations. This includes overseeing the collection, processing, analysis, and production of electronic data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement eDiscovery strategies that meet legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage teams of eDiscovery professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
• Oversee the security of sensitive data throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle
• Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve complex issues and improve processes
• Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices and new technologies

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Law
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in eDiscovery, including management experience
• A current Top Secret clearance with polygraph eligibility
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience with various eDiscovery tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large-scale eDiscovery projects
• Experience working with federal agencies and government contractors
• Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and related legal standards
• Experience with data privacy and protection regulations
