About the role

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of eDiscovery projects, ensuring compliance with legal standards and security protocols. This includes overseeing project timelines, coordinating with clients and vendors, and maintaining secure data environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, adhering to legal and security guidelines.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and communicate project progress and outcomes effectively.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Maintain secure data environments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery project management, with a focus on security clearance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working with legal teams and understanding of legal procedures and standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard eDiscovery tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Security clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are preferred.

Pay

  • $141,581 - $196,441 annually
