Senior Echocardiograph Technologist
About the role
This position is Full Time and works -hour, Variable shifts. Providence St. Mary Medical Center is a 6 types of care hospital in Apple Valley, CA, founded in 1956.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of non-invasive cardio and vascular services: EKG, EEG, Treadmills, Echocardiography, Holter Monitor hook-up
- Assure other technicians are clinically competent and provide necessary training
- Identify Quality Assurance Indicators and report up through the Medical Director and PI
Requirements
- Completion of a Cardiovascular ultrasound program
- National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years clinical experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated technical expertise
- Experience in the field of cardiology
- Proficiency in Stress Echocardiograms and Transesophagel Echocardiograms
Qualifications
Required qualifications include coursework/training, certifications, and experience in cardiology and related fields.
Skills
Essential skills include proficiency in echocardiography, ability to identify quality assurance indicators, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $48.47 - $71.47.
