About the role
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Complete echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms for outpatient and inpatients.
- Support TAVR and RAMP cases done in the Cath Labs for pre and post imaging.
- Maintain all Echo related equipment.
- Lead inpatient pediatric echocardiograms.
- Lead cross training of existing staff and maintain pediatric quality of the lab.
- Assist the Supervisor of Cardiology with related tasks.
Requirements
- Pediatric Echocardiography (PE)
- Fetal Echocardiography (FE)
- Experience in a hospital setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Cardiovascular Ultrasound Program Graduate
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- At least 3 years of experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Support - AHA
